Praxis Consulting Group is currently assisting the Nevada Rural Housing Authority with finance and project management towards the development of a 30-unit senior affordable housing project.
Larios Arms Senior Residence is a new construction, three story development adjacent to Winnemucca's Senior Center. This project will serve the low-income senior population in Winnemucca.
The financing for the project consists of 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits, state of Nevada HOME funds, an AHP grant from the Federal Home Loan Bank, and conventional construction and permanent debt. Larios Arms Senior Residence is planned to open in April 2012.
